Dundee, Florida’s new assistant town manager

When new Assistant Town Manager Deena Ware looks at Dundee, she sees potential.

"I think it's a great small town," Ware said. "The commission seems like they're ready to go, they want to be progressive. They have new development, they have businesses. They have everything that a small city wants and needs to be progressive."

Ware, 36, started as Dundee's assistant town manager in mid-November.
