Modern Languages Event Day!

Friday April 7, 2017 was a big day for the Department of Modern languages!

• Modern Languages Department's Favorite Poems Friday.
• Spring semester's Majors and Minors Workshop.  Attendees had a chance to chat with all the language professors while enjoying pizza and drinks.  There were an informational cultural guessing game, an Alumni & friends panel and an award and honor ceremony.  
• Spanish Senior Lecturer, Michelle Cipriano's fabulous lecture "Lost and Found in Translation" on the unintended and willful consequences of dubbing and subtitling.
