The French Club celebrated the Holiday season on Saturday November 12, 2016 at Professor Daddah's house. Professors Daddah and Abadie cooked a traditional French meal with the students. The feast included some smoked salmon appetizers, goat cheese and apple salad, roasted pork loin with herbes de Provence, grilled root vegetables and the traditional apple and pear tarte. Miam! It was a great opportunity to speak French and enjoy some delicious French food.
