On February 20th, the French Club organized a cooking class at the Rockafield Alumni Kitchen with "Macaroon Chef" and French student, Xavier Mellor. Students and professors learned how to make delicious chocolate and hazelnut filled macaroons. Everybody also had a chance to taste different flavors like strawberry and white chocolate, orange and dark chocolate and mint macaroons!
Everyone had a great time devouring this popular French desert while having great discussions.
