French Club Cooking Class 2015

The French Club celebrated the Holiday season on Saturday November 21, 2015 at Professor Daddah's house. Professors Daddah and Abadie cooked a traditional French meal with the students. The feast included some "oeufs mimosa" (hard boiled eggs with homemade mayo),  goat cheese and apple salad, French onion soup with homemade cheese croutons, roasted chicken with fresh herbs and grilled root vegetables and the traditional crepes. Miam!  It was a great opportunity to speak French and enjoy some delicious French food.
