The Applied Behavioral Sciences Master’s Program is proud to recognize Aerial Nies by nominating her to receive CoLA’s 2017-2018 Outstanding Graduate Student Award! Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio Aerial completed her Bachelors in the Crime & Justice Studies Program and returned to excel as a student in the ABS program. Ms. Nies’s ABS graduate cumulating research project is entitled: “Re-entry Programs: Formal and Informal Education and Job Obtainment” and has far-reaching applied implications pertaining to the criminal justice system and ex-offender re-entry policies.
