Cheese-Making with the French Club!

On Friday, October 10, several dozen French Club members gathered at the Rockafield Alumni Center to try their hand at cheese-making. Led by French Instructor Benjamin Hirt, the students learned how to make mozzarella cheese and caramel cream with Ben's own goat milk. A tasting followed allowing students, staff and visitors to try these products for the first time!
