A certificate in arts management allows you to blend your passion with a strong foundation in the business and management principles essential in managing and expanding arts organizations.
You will learn critical skills in marketing, nonprofit administration, fundraising, and business writing, along with a required arts internships and electives courses chosen based on your interests and goals. You can work in nonprofit and arts organizations or open and manage your own art-related business.

The Arts Management Certificate requires only 18 credits including a one-semester internship—so you can add this to your major and complete it in plenty of time!

To enter the Arts Management certificate program, students must have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours in fine and performing arts courses. Certificate candidate must maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA or better.
