This form is the only way to reserve a room within the Department of Music. Reservations by phone or in person will not be accepted.
The schedule is updated hourly, however, rooms that appear to be available may not be available when your form is received.
The standard times for concerts and recitals in the Department of Music are:
- Monday through Friday: 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 3:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Exceptions to these start times must be approved by the Department Chair.
