Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School Team

Emery Monnig, Ian Carmody, Micah Marshall, and Zach Scott are four seniors at Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School in Dayton, Ohio. Each year, Chaminade Julienne encourages senior students to participate in a Capstone Project, which is a cross-curricular, inquiry-based research project that allows the students to apply all the lessons of their four-year Catholic educational experience. These students chose to focus their Capstone Project on the refugee crisis. Following their senior year, all four men hope to study various majors in college: Monnig hopes to major in biomedical engineering at a yet-to-be-determined school; Carmody will study pre-med at an undecided university; Marshall aims to major in neuroscience with many options for school; and Scott plans to study journalism and broadcasting at the University of Dayton.
