On April 12 and 14, 2017, French professors, Pascale Abadie and Karine Daddah took their French 2020 classes to the Lebanese restaurant Cedar Land in Dayton. Each student had to present a personal story using a personal object they brought to help illustrate it. The students did a presentation on Lebanon, North Africa and the Middle East countries in class. Dr. Maan Broadstock attended the tenth annual National Chinese Language Conference organized by Asia Society and the College Board in Houston, TX, April 6-8, 2017.
