On April 7th, 2015,  French Instructor, Ben Hirt, from the Department of Modern Languages taught the French Club members how to make delicious French butter at the Rockafield Alumni Center kitchen. Everybody had a great time, not only speaking French in a relaxed atmosphere, but also, and most importantly, making and tasting some homemade and delicious butter, enjoyed with French Baguette.

As part of a serving learning project, French professors Abadie and Daddah took their French conversation students to the Bellbrook Middle School on March 19, 20, 24 and 27 to promote the French language. The French conversation class taught the students some fundamentals on learning the French language. On Friday March 27th, professors Abadie & Daddah, organized a “Conversation Evening" for their French Conversation classes. They invited their students to an evening of conversation and good food at the Rockafield Alumni Center. The students conversed with a group of French speaking people from Rwanda, France, Canada, Senegal, Congo, Algeria and Mauritania.
