Biography:
Study Abroad Scholarship Recipient
Gordon McKnight is a senior Spanish major and an international business minor. Changing his major to Spanish was one of the best decisions of Gordon’s collegiate career. His passion for the language was met with a strong support system through the Modern Languages department, and with their help he has transitioned from brushing up on verb conjugations to writing poetry and argumentative essays in less than a year. Because of this, Gordon will be spending his entire senior year abroad. In the fall, he will find his home in Santiago, Chile, and he will travel to Madrid, Spain for the spring.
