Steven Aldredge is known across campus for going above and beyond to serve his students and the larger community.

Professor Aldredge, a lecturer in music, has earned the respect of his peers and is an outstanding teacher, composer, and performer. An elite member of the music education community, he has won national awards for his compositions and arrangements, including many that have been published. His extensive and diverse service has been instrumental to the success of Arts Fair, ArtsGala, CELIA, and the School of Fine and Performing Arts. Off-campus, Professor Aldredge has shared his professional expertise with organizations including the Hayner Cultural Arts Center, the Evangelical Community Church, and the Mount Healthy Christian Home, just to name a few. His devotion to Wright State and the impact of his service, which extends well beyond Raider Country, is readily apparent.
