Biography:
During her studies, Megan O’Connor developed a passion for investigating and telling the stories of ‘ordinary’ people in America’s past, especially through historical fashions and textile manufacture. She enjoyed exploring daily life in bygone days, through Wright State’s archaeological field school and an internship at Wright State’s Special Collections and Archives. And she spends her leisure time crafting historical fiction. Her goal is to share the past through archival work and stories. She plans to continue this journey by entering Wright State’s Public History program next fall.
