2020-21

Hunter Johnson is from the Dayton region and says he is very glad he chose the Urban Affairs program at Wright State as it allowed him to grow in his passion for public service while also serving his community. He says chose Urban Affairs as a major because he wanted a degree that would lead him to a career where he would be able to serve others and have a positive impact. Recognizing that strong relationships between the private and public sector are vital to thriving communities, Hunter hopes to be able to nurture those relationships in his career. Whether that be in fundraising, economic development, or public policy, Hunter says that the Urban Affairs program prepared him well for his future career, and his professors agree that his prospects are very bright. We wish him all the best.
