Leadership Scholarship Recipient

Hannah Hays is a junior communication studies major and a deaf studies minor who is actively involved at Wright State. She serves as the Commuter Senator for the Student Government Association, where she represents approximately 7,000 students. She has worked hard to help commuting students feel at home on campus in various ways, such as increasing sanitation in the Commuter Lounge kitchen and increasing awareness for the Raider Ride options on campus. Hannah is actively involved in Greek life, serving three positions within her chapter of Delta Zeta as well as serving as the Vice President of Public Relations for the College Panhellenic Council. She is a member of 4 Paws for Ability where she is currently fostering her fourth service dog-in-training, and she is a member of the Wright State Miracle Makers Steering Committee and the ’67 Society. She hopes to pursue a career in speech therapy after graduation.
