Biography:
Frances Smith is an honors B.F.A. student with a concentration in photography. She is a recipient of the Honors Competitive, Valedictorian/Salutatorian, Honors Ambassador, ArtsGala, and Joan W. McCoy Memorial scholarships, the First-Year Student Distinction Award, and a Three Arts scholarship from the Cincinnati Woman’s Club. She has participated in the Italy Ambassador photography show at Wright State and the “Emerging” show at the Dayton Visual Arts Center and has had work selected for Wright State’s ArtsGala and for publication in Kent State University’s Brainchild magazine. Future exhibitions include the senior thesis show at Wright State and her B.F.A. honors thesis at the Dutoit Gallery in Dayton.
