Lauren Bernstein, a 2012 theatre graduate from Wright State, has produced voiceovers for corporations, nonprofits, state governments and universities.

Juan Muñoz, who earned a history degree and M.B.A. from Wright State, combines his passion for the Latino community and the outdoors.

The Jeanne Ballantine Scholarship will provide financial assistance to juniors or seniors majoring in sociology at Wright State.

Communication alumnus Christensen Oninku works for a law firm, is writing two screenplays and is designing a fashion collection.

"To earn a college degree is a monumental achievement in its own right, but to complete it during a global pandemic is nothing short of heroic," Edwards told graduates. "You are inspirational."

Wright State will broadcast the virtual fall commencement ceremony on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube beginning at 10 am on Saturday, Dec. 12.

Neal Duiker, a 2003 political science graduate of Wright State, works with the homeless, manages Air Force contracts, is an Iraq war veteran and former AmeriCorps VISTA employee.

Wright State M.P.A. grad Tom Thompson has served in the Air Force, in municipal government, in law enforcement and operates a nonprofit that serves the region’s immigrant community.

2012 graduate Joey Monda received two Tony Awards nominations for Best Play as producer of "Slave Play" and "The Inheritance."

The virtual ceremony will celebrate Dayton Campus spring 2020 graduates and Lake Campus summer 2019 through spring 2020 graduates.
