Shirley Tucker is a Dayton-based artist who specializes in graphic design, acrylic oil painting and murals. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Rio Grande College, studied graphic design at Bowling Green State University, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wright State University in 1989.

She was honored for her work with an Ohio Senate Citation from Sen. Stephen A. Tucker was also featured in both Dayton Weekly and the Dayton Daily News. Tucker received a proclamation from the Miami Township Board of Trustees for the Canvas Mural Project at the Dayton Mall, and was appointed to the Ohio Arts Council's (OAC) Teach Arts Ohio Residencies for PK-12 students in Ohio Schools, serving two terms, 2022–2023 & 2023–2024.
Donations and a percentage of artwork sales will be contributed to the Shirley Tucker Scholarship to benefit students at Wright State University.
