Tracey Hill, according to those who work with her, exemplifies the qualities Wright State desires in a staff member.

The definition of professionalism, Hill’s commitment to her job as administrative support coordinator has helped keep the Department of Communication running smoothly. Her responsibilities go far beyond day-to-day operations. Hill, who is pursuing her Master of Education in Instructional Design and Learning Technologies, manages the department’s digital camera equipment rental/return process and provides students with instructional support. She is a freelance social media coordinator who also manages the department’s social media presence and promotes its courses and events. This includes the annual Rotary 4-Way Speech event, which brings promising student Rotarians from across Ohio to Wright State to compete. Hill serves as the coordinator for this event—just one of the many ways she helps Wright State
