This course offers a profound study of traditional French gastronomy, from the way it is portrayed in film to the way it is prepared, served and enjoyed. Hands on cooking classes compliment film and cultural analysis. Department Managed Prerequisite(s): Graduate level FR 5210 Minimum Grade of D or Graduate level FR 5220 Minimum Grade of D
