member since 2015

Pat Bradley-Falke received her M. Ed degree in counseling and guidance in the early 1970's from Wright State while teaching high school social studies.  She also assisted with counseling practicums part-time at Wright State.  In 1974 she became the first director of the Victimization Project, a 24-hour crisis intervention project to help victims of sexual assault.  Shortly thereafter it became an independent division of the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office and continues to this day as the Victim Witness Division, helping victims of all violent crimes.

For almost 40 years now she has been an active real estate broker in the Dayton community, specializing in residential sales.  She is married to Lee Falke, who served as the Montgomery County Prosecutor for 28 years and continues in the private practice of law today.  For Pat, serving on the Dean's Leadership Board is a small way of giving back to a great university that has done so much for her, in the way of education and client referrals.
