Bill Murphy  ‘98 Master Urban Administration (now Public Administration)

Congratulations to alumnus Bill Murphy, currently the assistant city manager and economic development director in Piqua, Ohio, who has been hired by the Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce. Bill will help the city and surrounding region create more jobs from existing companies and recruit new employers.

According to a news story in the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer, Bill’s expertise includes finding industry suitable for clustering together, while also being able to generate grant money for industrial park development
