Rebecca Gaytko, '02, Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.)

Rebecca Gaytko graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs in 1990 and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 2002.

Soon after becoming a city of Dayton employee in 1996, her uplifting personality and “can do” attitude made her an executive on loan and a special projects administrator. Becky served as a special administrator to both the Dayton Aviation Heritage Commission and the Wright-Dunbar Village Main Street Program during critical stages of development. Her work on these projects earned her Top Flight Award and the Joseph T. Cline Award for city employees who have made
