French Instructor Ben Hirt teaches language through cheese

Cheese-making is part of Ben Hirt’s plan for the College of Liberal Arts to combine teaching French with making artisanal foods that will enable students to better appreciate the history and culture of that country while expanding the growing popularity of farmers markets and healthy eating.
