Chinese New Year celebration

The Chinese club celebrated the Spring festival on Friday February 12, 2016 with an old family style tradition: dumpling making. The Chinese students taught the American students how to make Jiaozi, a food said to bring luck because of its resemblance to gold nuggets. The club members also had a chance to make new friends with the members of the Chi Alpha Campus Ministry. Everyone enjoyed the delicious Jiaozi and the traditional Chinese onion pancakes.
