Students who wish to teach social studies in Ohio public high schools can prepare to do so at Wright State University by first earning a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Education through the College of Liberal Arts. This degree gives the student the expertise in social studies so that they can teach the whole range of socials courses offered in middle and high schools. With a strong foundation, graduates from Wright State University will enter the job market with a competitive advantage.
Scheduled for March 14, the annual Public History Graduate Symposium will focus on “The Future is Our History" and include presentations by public history graduate students.
