ARTSGALA - What an amazing evening!

Wright State University’s annual ARTSGALA offers patrons a night of unparalleled entertainment. Fine and performing arts students display their rich talents throughout the Creative Arts Center, and guests are treated to a dizzying array of food and fun. More than 700 patrons attend this event to support student scholarships in theatre, dance, art, music and motion pictures.

Dr. Ellis, who had served as associate professor of music and director of the Paul Laurence Dunbar Chorale at Wright State, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014 in Beechwood, Ohio where she has been a resident for almost three years.  Brenda Ellis

A great friend and long time supporter of the WSU School of Music Val Hattemer passed away Wednesday morning, July 23.  He was surrounded by family and friends and his passing was peaceful and Val Hattemergentle.  Please keep his family in your thoughts as they go through this difficult time.  More information will be posted as it becomes available.

Wright State launches major WWI project with concert of music from the Great War

Wright State history and music programs are collaborating on a concert of popular songs from the Great War, the first program in CELIA’s yearlong commemoration of the start of World War I.
