Spotlight CJS Advisory Committee Member

Major Wendy Stiver is a member of Wright State University’s Crime and Justice Studies (CJS) Advisory Committee. During the September 2016 CJS Advisory Committee meeting, Major Stiver provided input about the goals of the Dayton Police Department. CJS Program Director, Dr. Karen Lahm, congratulated Wendy on her recent promotion within the Department of the Central Patrol Operations Division. She was also selected to participate in the National Institute of Justice’s Law Enforcement Advancing Data and Science (LEADS) scholarship program. In addition, Major Stiver was recognized the third week of September as Daytonian of the Week. Crime and Justice Studies is proud to be associated with Major Stiver and to have first-hand knowledge of her leadership skills.
