SW 7230 - Social Work Assessment and the DSMCredit Hour(s): 0 or 3 Teaches advanced generalist social work direct practice skills with individuals, families, and small groups. Skills applied during following stages of social work intervention: Engagement, Assessment, Intervention, and Evaluation. Content includes accurate application of DSM and other clinical assessment tools, and application of social work clinical treatment models.
